As a Lead Java Architect, you will be instrumental in defining and advancing enterprise-level Java application architectures to ensure exceptional scalability, reliability, security, and long-term maintainability. You will guide strategic technical decisions concerning application modernization, framework selection, and the adoption of cloud-native solutions.

Key duties involve architecting distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven infrastructures aligned with overarching enterprise objectives. You will establish robust engineering standards, governance frameworks, reusable components, and secure development guidelines across all teams. Furthermore, you will lead engineering efforts, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive the implementation of critical non-functional requirements, including scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery.
