As a Lead Java Developer, you will define and drive enterprise application architecture strategy using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. You will lead strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption, architecting distributed systems and API-driven ecosystems.

Key responsibilities include establishing engineering standards, governance, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines. You will lead engineering teams, fostering collaboration and driving the implementation of non-functional requirements such as scalability, observability, and disaster recovery. Additionally, you'll lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, and modernization initiatives, while also designing and driving enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures.

We seek a candidate with strong technical leadership, aligned with business and technology objectives. You should excel in driving architecture and solution design for scalable, secure, and maintainable applications, balancing delivery accountability with technical excellence and team collaboration.

Essential skills include expertise in ActiveMQ, Data Structures, Microservices & REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, JPA, Git Hub, MS SQL, Design Patterns, and Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT). Proficiency in Java 17+ is mandatory. Familiarity with CI/CD & Source Control (Jenkins & Git) is also beneficial.
