Lead the definition and execution of enterprise application architecture strategy, focusing on Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to ensure scalability, reliability, and security. Drive strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. Architect distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems. Establish robust engineering standards, governance, and secure development practices. Lead engineering teams, foster collaboration, and drive the implementation of non-functional requirements. Oversee architecture reviews, technical discussions, and modernization initiatives, ensuring future-ready application ecosystems. Design and implement enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures. Collaborate with leadership to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy and drive the adoption of DevOps and cloud-native practices. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural gaps.

A minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience is required. Essential technical skills include a strong understanding of OOPS Concepts, backend unit testing with JUnit, Microservices and REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, Java 8+, Hibernate, JPA, Kafka, Git Hub, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT). Experience with Jenkins is considered an added advantage. A Bachelor's degree is typically expected for this role.
