As a Java Lead, you will define and champion enterprise application architecture using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable. You will guide strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption, while architecting distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems.

Key responsibilities include establishing engineering standards, governance, reusable frameworks, and secure development practices. You will lead engineering teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive the implementation of non-functional requirements such as scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery. Furthermore, you will lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, and modernization initiatives, and design enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures. Collaboration with leadership and enterprise architects to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy is crucial, as is driving the adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native engineering, and containerization.

This role requires 8-10 years of experience and expertise in Java 8+, backend unit testing with JUnit, data structures, microservices, REST APIs, multithreading, concurrency, OOPS concepts, Hibernate, Kafka, Git Hub, Oracle, and design principles. A strong understanding of Spring Boot and Spring Security with JWT is mandatory.
