As a Java Lead, you will define and drive enterprise application architecture strategy, leveraging Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to ensure scalability, reliability, and security. You will lead strategic technical decisions, architect distributed systems and microservices platforms, and establish robust engineering standards. Driving the implementation of non-functional requirements, leading architecture reviews, and designing event-driven architectures will be key. You will also collaborate with leadership to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy and promote the adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices. Proactive identification of technical risks and architectural gaps is essential for long-term platform stability.

This role requires 9-10 years of experience with mandatory skills in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Security (JWT), Microservices, REST APIs, Multithreading, Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, JPA, Kafka, Git Hub, MS SQL, and Backend Unit Testing (JUnit). A strong foundation in Data Structures and Design Principles is essential. Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices is also crucial.
