This Lead Java role involves defining and executing enterprise application architecture using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. You will lead strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. Key responsibilities include architecting distributed systems and microservices platforms, establishing engineering standards, and leading engineering teams. You'll also drive the implementation of non-functional requirements, lead architecture reviews, and design enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures.

Furthermore, you will collaborate with leadership to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy, promote DevOps and CI/CD practices, and proactively identify and mitigate technical risks. Candidates for this Lead Java position should possess 8-10 years of experience, with mandatory skills in Java 8+, Backend Unit Testing (JUnit), Data Structures, Microservices, REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, JPA, Kafka, Git Hub, MS SQL, and Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT).
