Drive enterprise application architecture strategy using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Lead critical technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.

Architect robust distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems aligned with enterprise objectives. Establish high engineering standards, governance, reusable frameworks, and secure development practices.

Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration. Ensure implementation of non-functional requirements like scalability, observability, and disaster recovery. Drive architecture reviews and technical modernization initiatives for future-ready applications.

Design and implement enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures. Collaborate with leadership to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy. Promote DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native engineering, and containerization practices. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural gaps.

A minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in Java development. Proficient in Java 8+, backend unit testing (JUnit), data structures, microservices, REST APIs, multithreading, concurrency, OOPS concepts, JPA, Kafka, Git, MS SQL, and Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT).

Strong understanding of Core Java, messaging middleware (JMS, Kafka, etc.), and database technologies like MS SQL. Experience with DevOps practices, Git/GitHub, and Spring Boot is essential.

Possess strong technical leadership skills, driving architecture and solution design for scalable, secure, and maintainable applications. Ability to balance delivery accountability with technical excellence and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Excellent stakeholder management and communication are crucial for successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
