Architect and drive enterprise application strategies using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Lead key technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. Design distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API ecosystems. Establish robust engineering standards, governance practices, and reusable frameworks. Lead engineering teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration and driving the implementation of non-functional requirements like security and observability.
Spearhead architecture reviews, technical discussions, and modernization initiatives. Design and implement enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures. Align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy and drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure long-term platform stability.
This role requires 8-9 years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on Core Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, and Microservices. Proficiency in Spring Security (JWT), backend unit testing with JUnit, REST APIs, JPA, and Kafka is essential. A solid understanding of OOPS concepts and design patterns is also expected.
