This Java Lead role involves defining and driving enterprise application architecture strategy using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. You will lead strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. Architecting distributed systems and API-driven ecosystems aligned with enterprise goals is key.

You will establish engineering standards, governance practices, and secure development guidelines. Leading engineering teams and fostering collaboration are essential. Drive the implementation of non-functional requirements such as scalability and observability. Lead architecture reviews and modernization initiatives, while designing and driving enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures. Collaborate with leadership to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy and promote DevOps and cloud-native practices.

We are seeking a Java Lead with 9-10 years of experience, proficient in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Security (JWT), backend unit testing (JUnit), Data Structures, Microservices, REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, JPA, Kafka, Git, and MS SQL.
