As a Lead, you will define and drive enterprise application architecture strategy using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. You will lead strategic technical decisions for application modernization and cloud-native adoption, architecting distributed systems and microservices platforms. Establishing engineering standards, governance, and secure development practices will be key.

You'll lead engineering teams, foster collaboration, and drive the implementation of non-functional requirements like scalability and security. Conducting architecture reviews and modernization initiatives will ensure future-ready applications. Designing enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures, collaborating with leadership, and driving DevOps and CI/CD adoption are also critical functions. Proactive identification of technical risks and architectural gaps is essential for long-term platform stability.

We are seeking a leader with strong technical expertise in Java 17+, Microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Spring Security with OAuth, and SQS. Experience with AWS services such as SNS, SQS, Kinesis, Lambda, EventBridge, and Fargate is required.

Proficiency in Docker, CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, GitLab, Github, and Bitbucket is essential. A solid understanding of MS SQL, OOPS Concepts, Java Multithreading, and API patterns (SOAP, REST) is also necessary. Familiarity with messaging middleware like JMS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, and ASB is expected. Strong behavioral competencies including technical leadership, solution design, collaboration, stakeholder management, and driving engineering excellence are paramount.
