As a Lead Java Developer, you will define and drive enterprise application architecture, focusing on Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability. You'll lead strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.

Key duties include architecting distributed systems and microservices platforms, establishing engineering standards, and leading engineering teams. You will also drive the implementation of non-functional requirements, conduct architecture reviews, and design enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures. Collaboration with leadership, driving DevOps practices, and proactively identifying technical risks are integral to this role.

We are seeking a highly experienced Java professional with 9-10 years of experience. Essential skills include Java 17+, Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT), Microservices, REST APIs, JPA, Kafka, MS SQL, and Git Hub. A strong understanding of Backend Unit Testing (JUnit), Data Structures, Multithreading & Concurrency, and OOPS Concepts is mandatory.
