Define and champion enterprise application architecture strategies using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.

Lead critical technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. Architect distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems aligned with organizational objectives.

Establish robust engineering standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines. Lead engineering teams, fostering collaboration across functions and with stakeholders.

Drive the implementation of non-functional requirements such as scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery. Conduct architecture reviews and technical discussions to ensure future-ready application ecosystems.

Design and implement enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures. Collaborate with leadership and enterprise architects to align engineering initiatives with overall strategy. Promote DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization practices. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural gaps.

A seasoned Java Lead with 8-9 years of experience in defining and driving enterprise application architecture.

Proficiency in Core Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, Spring Security (JWT), Microservices, and REST APIs is essential. Strong understanding of OOPS Concepts, JPA, and Kafka is required.

Demonstrated experience in backend unit testing using JUnit and working with message-oriented middleware like JMS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, or ASB is mandatory.

Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitLab, GitHub, and Bitbucket is expected. Experience with Java Multithreading and Design Patterns is also crucial for this role.
