We are seeking a seasoned Java Lead with 10-11 years of experience to drive our enterprise application architecture. Your expertise should encompass Java 8+, backend unit testing (JUnit), data structures, microservices, REST APIs, multithreading, OOPS concepts, Hibernate, Kafka, Git Hub, Oracle, design principles, and Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT).

Key responsibilities include defining application architecture, leading technical decisions for modernization and cloud adoption, architecting distributed systems and microservices platforms, and establishing engineering standards. You will also lead engineering teams, drive collaboration, implement non-functional requirements, and conduct architecture reviews.
