As a Lead Java Developer, you will define and champion enterprise application architecture using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

You will lead strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. This includes architecting distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems.

Key duties involve establishing engineering standards, governance practices, and reusable frameworks. You will drive the implementation of non-functional requirements like scalability and security, and lead architecture reviews and modernization initiatives.

Additionally, you will design and drive enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures. Collaboration with leadership to align engineering with organizational strategy and promote DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization practices are crucial. You will also proactively identify and mitigate technical risks.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 8-10 years of experience in Java development.

Essential technical skills include Java 8+, backend unit testing with JUnit, Data Structures, Microservices, REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, JPA, Kafka, Git Hub, MS SQL, Spring Boot, and Spring Security with JWT.

Strong understanding of message-oriented middleware (JMS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, ASB) and Core Java concepts is also required.
