Define and implement enterprise application architecture strategies using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Lead critical technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. Architect robust distributed systems and API-driven ecosystems aligned with enterprise objectives. Establish comprehensive engineering standards, governance practices, and secure development guidelines.

Drive the implementation of non-functional requirements such as scalability, observability, and disaster recovery. Lead architecture reviews and technical discussions to foster future-ready application ecosystems. Design and drive enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures. Collaborate with leadership to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy and promote DevOps, CI/CD automation, and containerization practices.

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Java development is required for this role. Essential skills include proficiency in Java 8+, backend unit testing with JUnit, Data Structures, Microservices, REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, JPA, Kafka, Git, MS SQL, and Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT).

Proven experience in defining and driving enterprise application architecture strategy, leading technical decisions for modernization, and architecting distributed systems is crucial. You should be adept at establishing engineering standards, driving non-functional requirements, and leading architecture reviews. Collaboration with leadership teams and driving adoption of DevOps and cloud-native practices are key components of this role.
