As a Lead - Technology, you will define and implement enterprise application architecture using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. You will lead strategic technical decisions for application modernization and cloud-native adoption, architecting distributed systems and API-driven ecosystems.

Key duties include establishing engineering standards, governance practices, and secure development guidelines. You will lead engineering teams, collaborate with cross-functional groups, and drive the implementation of non-functional requirements such as observability and disaster recovery. Driving adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization is also essential.

This position involves leading architecture reviews, technical discussions, and modernization initiatives to build future-ready application ecosystems. You will also design and drive enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures, and collaborate with leadership to align engineering efforts with organizational strategy. Proactive identification of technical risks and architectural gaps is expected.

We are looking for a Java Lead with 9-10 years of experience, proficient in Core Java (Java 8+), Microservices, REST APIs, Multithreading, Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, JPA, Kafka, MS SQL, Spring Boot, and Spring Security (JWT). A strong understanding of Unit Testing (JUnit) and design principles is mandatory.
