As a Lead Java Developer, you will spearhead the definition and advancement of enterprise application architecture, leveraging Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to ensure robust scalability, reliability, security, and long-term maintainability. You will make pivotal strategic technical decisions concerning application modernization, framework selection, and the adoption of cloud-native technologies.

Your role will involve architecting sophisticated distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems that align seamlessly with overarching enterprise objectives. You will be instrumental in establishing high engineering standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines for all teams.

This position requires leading engineering teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. You will drive the implementation of critical non-functional requirements, including scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery. Furthermore, you will lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, and modernization initiatives to cultivate future-ready application ecosystems.

You will also design and steer enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures, utilizing appropriate messaging and event-streaming technologies. Collaborating closely with leadership teams and enterprise architects is key to aligning engineering initiatives with organizational strategy. Driving the adoption of DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization practices will be a significant aspect of this role.

Proactively identify technical risks and architectural gaps, devising effective mitigation strategies to ensure long-term platform stability.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 9-10 years of experience in Java development. A strong foundation in backend unit testing using JUnit, data structures, microservices with REST APIs, multithreading, concurrency, OOPS concepts, and Java 17+ is essential.

Proficiency in JPA, Kafka, Git Hub, MS SQL, and Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT) is mandatory. You should possess strong technical leadership capabilities, aligning technical decisions with business objectives and driving scalable, secure, and maintainable application designs.

Demonstrated ability to balance delivery accountability with technical excellence, quality, and team collaboration is expected. Building and mentoring high-performing teams through ownership, innovation, and continuous learning is crucial.
