Drive strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. Architect distributed systems, microservices, and API-driven ecosystems aligned with organizational goals. Establish engineering standards, governance, reusable frameworks, and secure development practices. Lead engineering teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive the implementation of non-functional requirements such as scalability, observability, and security.

Lead architecture reviews and technical discussions to ensure future-ready application ecosystems. Collaborate with leadership and enterprise architects to align engineering initiatives with strategy. Champion DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural gaps to ensure long-term platform stability.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Java 17+ (including OOPS concepts, Multithreading, Design Patterns, and Design Principles), Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA. Proficiency in Microservices, REST APIs, and SOAP is essential. Experience with architectural patterns, Maven, and version control systems like GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket is required. Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL Packages and Java Caching solutions (Redis, Memcache, Hazlecast) is also necessary. Strong communication and collaboration skills are paramount for this role.
