This role involves defining and driving enterprise application architecture using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. You will lead strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. Key responsibilities include architecting distributed systems, establishing engineering standards, leading engineering teams, and driving the implementation of non-functional requirements. You will also design enterprise messaging architectures, collaborate with leadership on strategy alignment, and drive adoption of DevOps and CI/CD practices. Proactively identifying technical risks and architectural gaps is crucial for long-term platform stability.

We are looking for a Java Lead with 8-10 years of experience. Essential skills include Java 8+, Backend Unit Testing (JUnit), Data Structures, Microservices with REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, JPA, Kafka, Git Hub, MS SQL, and Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT). A strong foundation in Core Java, message-oriented middleware (JMS, Kafka), and DevOps tools like GitLab or GitHub is required. Behavioral competencies such as strong technical leadership, driving solution design, fostering collaboration, mentoring teams, and effective stakeholder management are highly valued.
