As a Java Lead, you will define and drive enterprise application architecture using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, ensuring scalability and security. You will lead strategic technical decisions for application modernization and cloud-native adoption.

Key responsibilities include architecting distributed systems and API-driven ecosystems, establishing engineering standards, and leading engineering teams. You will also drive the implementation of non-functional requirements, lead architecture reviews, and design enterprise messaging architectures. Collaboration with leadership and driving adoption of DevOps and CI/CD practices are essential.

This role requires 8-10 years of experience with mandatory skills in Java 8+, Backend Unit Testing (JUnit), Data Structures, Microservices & REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, JPA, Kafka, Git Hub, MS SQL, and Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT).

Strong technical leadership is expected, along with the ability to drive architecture and solution design decisions. Candidates should balance delivery accountability with technical excellence, foster team collaboration, and mentor high-performing teams. Effective stakeholder management and communication are crucial for success in this role.
