As a Java Kafka Manager, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust Java-based applications. This includes analyzing user requirements to inform application design, defining clear application objectives and functionality, and ensuring application design aligns seamlessly with overarching business goals.
You will leverage your expertise in Java/J2EE and Spring Boot frameworks, including Hibernate/JPA, to build high-quality software solutions. A key aspect of this role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, requiring excellent communication skills to ensure project success and alignment across teams.
This role demands strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and frameworks like Spring and Hibernate/JPA. You must possess good communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
Proficiency in designing and implementing Java applications is essential. You should be adept at analyzing user needs, defining application objectives, and aligning technical solutions with business strategies.
Required skills include Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. A solid understanding of design concepts and over 4 design patterns, with the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios, is mandatory. Familiarity with Microservices architecture is highly beneficial.
Mandatory competencies encompass expertise in API Middleware (Microservices, SOAP, REST), Java programming (OOPS Concepts, Multithreading, Java 17 or latest), Hibernate, JPA, Message-Oriented Middleware (JMS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, ASB), DevOps tools (GitLab, Github, Bitbucket), Development Tools (Maven), Oracle databases (PL/SQL Packages), Spring Framework, and Java design principles, patterns, and architecture patterns. Excellent communication and collaboration are also critical.
