As a Lead Java Kafka professional, you will define and champion enterprise application architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. You will spearhead strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.

Key responsibilities include architecting distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems. You will establish robust engineering standards, governance practices, and reusable frameworks, while leading engineering teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Driving the implementation of non-functional requirements like scalability, observability, and security will be crucial.

This role involves leading architecture reviews, modernization initiatives, and designing enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures.
