Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best engineering practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Architect event-driven systems and asynchronous communication patterns to bolster system scalability and resilience.

Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation for enhanced operational efficiency.

Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks via detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.

Mentor junior developers in coding standards, debugging techniques, and modern Java development practices.

We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer with 6-8 years of experience.

Mandatory skills include: - Multithreading & Concurrency - Data Structures - Microservices + REST APIs - OOPS Concepts - Java 8+ - JPA - Kafka - Git - MS SQL - Spring Boot + Spring Security (JWT)
