As a Java Full Stack Lead, you will spearhead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. This involves defining application architecture, establishing coding standards, and mentoring your team to ensure adherence to best practices and quality benchmarks. You will also drive project planning, collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable tasks, and oversee timely, high-quality project execution.

Your role will encompass both backend and frontend development. You'll build robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, alongside developing responsive user interfaces with Angular. Integration of third-party services via RESTful APIs and database optimization will also be key aspects of your responsibilities.

We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture. Proficiency in frontend technologies such as Angular, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript is essential. Experience in developing REST APIs, web services, and working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB is required. A solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and BFSI domain experience is highly valued.

This role requires proven experience in technical leadership, code reviews, and providing mentorship. The ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, architects, and stakeholders, coupled with strong team management and a passion for innovation, will be critical for success.
