Lead the complete design and architecture of Java (Spring Cloud Gateway) and Angular (v14+) based micro-frontend solutions. Develop reusable components such as common access layers, shared Java libraries, and Angular component libraries, integrating the Ionic framework.

Construct high-performance REST APIs, connecting with MongoDB/OpenSearch, and proficiently manage complex UI states using NgRx/RxJS. Integrate Dynatrace for comprehensive full-stack monitoring, including backend diagnostics and frontend Real User Monitoring (RUM).

Ensure adherence to mandatory test automation practices using JUnit/Mockito for the backend and Jasmine/Jest for the frontend. Define and implement effective caching strategies (Redis/Hazelcast) and focus on optimizing Angular bundle sizes and rendering performance.

Provide mentorship to onshore and offshore teams, conduct thorough full-stack code reviews, and actively manage delivery Service Level Agreements within an Agile framework.

Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Angular (TypeScript, Signals, RxJS) and frontend state management, complemented by strong HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap skills. Possess substantial experience in Java 11+ and Spring Boot, including expertise with API Gateway frameworks.

Exhibit advanced knowledge of MongoDB (indexing, tuning) and OpenSearch (search capabilities, aggregations). Have hands-on experience with essential tools such as Dynatrace, Postman, SoapUI, and GIT.

Showcase proven experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) utilizing JUnit, Mockito, and Angular testing utilities. A solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline integration is also required.

Ideal candidates will possess exceptional stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong ownership of technical debt and delivery timelines. Experience with messaging middleware (JMS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, ASB etc.) is a plus.
