Lead the application design and development for the CCAR platform, providing technical leadership across both backend and frontend development. Define and implement robust architecture and design patterns to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. Mentor junior developers, fostering their technical growth and skill development. Collaborate closely with Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Ensure high-quality code delivery through best practices and adherence to agile methodologies.

Demonstrated expertise in Java Fullstack development, including Core Java (Java 8+). Proficiency in UI development using React. Solid understanding of middleware technologies, including Spring Boot, API development (SOAP, REST), and Microservices. Experience with database programming and SQL. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for working effectively within a team and with business stakeholders.
