Design and build high-performance, scalable Java applications leveraging Spring Boot, React, and microservices architecture. Define clear API contracts and integration strategies for enterprise-grade distributed systems. Develop robust backend components adhering to clean architecture principles and secure coding standards. Enhance application performance through advanced techniques like caching, asynchronous processing, and JVM optimization. Take full ownership of module delivery, from design and development to testing support and deployment readiness. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards, security protocols, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, identifying root causes and implementing lasting fixes. Mentor junior developers in modern Java development practices, coding standards, and debugging.

This senior role requires a strong command of Java 8+, Microservices, REST APIs, React (with Hooks and Redux), JPA, Azure Service Bus, Spring Boot, and Spring Security (JWT). You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable applications, defining API contracts, and optimizing performance. The position involves end-to-end delivery of modules, code reviews, and collaboration with stakeholders. A key aspect of this role includes driving improvements in operational efficiency through CI/CD and automation, as well as troubleshooting production issues. Mentoring junior engineers on best practices is also a significant responsibility.
