We are seeking a skilled Java Fullstack Developer with React expertise to lead the design and development of our CCAR platform. This senior role involves providing technical leadership for both backend and frontend development, establishing architectural patterns, guiding junior developers, and collaborating closely with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Lead the design and development of complex applications, focusing on the CCAR platform. Provide technical direction and mentorship to the development team, fostering best practices. Define and implement robust architectural patterns and design strategies. Collaborate effectively with Business Systems Analysts and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions using Java and React technologies. Drive the application of Agile methodologies, specifically SCRUM, throughout the development lifecycle.

Proven experience as a Technology Lead with strong hands-on skills in Java and React development. Proficiency in core Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, and building Microservices. Expertise in UI development with React and database programming using SQL. Experience with API development, including SOAP and REST. Solid understanding and practical application of Agile and SCRUM methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
