As a Lead Java Full Stack Engineer, you will define and drive enterprise application architecture using Java, Spring Boot, and React, ensuring scalability and security. You'll lead strategic technical decisions for application modernization and cloud adoption.
Key responsibilities include architecting distributed systems and microservices platforms, establishing engineering standards, and driving collaboration across cross-functional teams. You'll also focus on implementing non-functional requirements, leading architecture reviews, and aligning engineering initiatives with organizational strategy. Driving DevOps and CI/CD adoption, along with proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks, will be crucial.
We seek a Lead Java Full Stack professional with 9-10 years of experience in defining and leading enterprise application architecture. Mandatory skills include expertise in Microservices, REST APIs, Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Security (JWT), and React (Hooks, Redux).
Proficiency is also required in JPA, Git, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, MS SQL, and RabbitMQ. You should possess strong technical leadership, excellent collaboration skills, and a commitment to driving engineering excellence and innovation. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud-native development is essential for this role.
