As a hands-on Technology Lead, you will guide application design and development for the CCAR platform, ensuring scalable and robust solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing technical direction across both backend and frontend development, establishing architecture and design patterns, and collaborating closely with Business Systems Analysts and business stakeholders. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.

This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of modern software development methodologies. You will be instrumental in driving the successful delivery of complex, mission-critical applications.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong command of Java and React technologies. Essential competencies include expertise in Java Middleware, Spring Boot, UI React, API development (SOAP, REST), and Microservices. A solid background in Database Programming, specifically SQL, and proficiency in Agile methodologies like SCRUM are also mandatory. Experience with Core Java (Java 8+) is essential for this role.
