As a Lead Fullstack Engineer, you will shape enterprise application architecture using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microservices, ensuring robust scalability, reliability, and security. You will drive strategic technical decisions for application modernization and cloud-native adoption. This role involves architecting distributed systems and API-driven ecosystems, establishing engineering standards, and leading high-performing teams.

You will also be responsible for implementing non-functional requirements, conducting architecture reviews, and collaborating with leadership to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy. Championing DevOps, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native practices is key, alongside proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks to ensure platform stability.

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Fullstack Lead proficient in Microservices, REST APIs, React (Hooks + Redux), Java 8+, Hibernate, Azure Service Bus, Spring Boot, and Spring Security (Oauth).
