Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for the CCAR platform. Lead backend and frontend development initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns. Mentor and guide the development team, fostering their growth and technical capabilities. Collaborate closely with Business Systems Analysts and business stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet business objectives.

Proven experience as a Technology Lead with a strong background in Java and React. Expertise in Java Middleware, including Springboot, and Core Java (Java 8+). Proficient in UI development with React and API development (SOAP, REST, Microservices). Solid understanding of Database Programming with SQL. Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
