Define and lead the architecture for scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microservices.

Spearhead strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. Architect distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems.

Establish robust engineering standards, governance practices, and reusable frameworks. Lead engineering teams, fostering collaboration and driving the implementation of non-functional requirements like scalability, observability, and security.

Collaborate with leadership and enterprise architects to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy. Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD automation, and containerization practices while proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks.

We are looking for a candidate with 9-10 years of experience in Java Full Stack development, with a strong focus on leading architectural initiatives.

Mandatory skills include expertise in Microservices, REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, Java 8+, JPA, Git Hub, React (Hooks + Redux), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MS SQL, RabbitMQ, and Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT).

Essential competencies also encompass OOPS concepts, API Middleware, DevOps practices, and experience with databases like MS SQL. A proven ability to provide strong technical leadership, drive architecture decisions, mentor teams, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders is crucial.
