As a hands-on Technology Lead, you will be instrumental in guiding the design and development of the CCAR platform. This includes providing technical leadership for both backend and frontend development, establishing robust architecture and design patterns, and mentoring junior developers. You will collaborate closely with Business System Analysts (BSAs) and business teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and effective solutions.

Key responsibilities involve deep engagement with Java, React, database programming (SQL), and microservices architecture. A strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM, is essential for this role.

Ideal candidates possess strong proficiency in Java Full Stack development, with a specific focus on Core Java (Java 8+) and Spring Boot.
