We are seeking a hands-on Technology Lead proficient in Java and React to spearhead application design and development for the CCAR platform. This pivotal role involves providing comprehensive technical leadership for both backend and frontend development initiatives. You will be responsible for defining robust architecture and design patterns, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating closely with Business Systems Analysts and business teams to ensure the delivery of highly scalable and effective solutions.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong expertise in:

- Database programming with SQL. - Front-end development using React. - Agile methodologies, specifically SCRUM. - Middleware technologies including Springboot and Java. - Core Java (Java 8+). - API development, supporting both SOAP and REST protocols. - Microservices architecture.
