As a Lead Java Full Stack Developer, you will define and drive enterprise application architecture using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability. You will lead strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. Your role involves architecting distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems, while establishing engineering standards, governance practices, and reusable frameworks. You will lead engineering teams, foster collaboration, and drive the implementation of non-functional requirements like scalability and security. Additionally, you will lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, and modernization initiatives, collaborating with leadership and enterprise architects to align engineering efforts with organizational strategy. Driving adoption of DevOps, CI/CD automation, and containerization practices is key, along with proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks.

We are seeking a Lead Java Full Stack Developer with 8-10 years of experience. Essential skills include Java 8+, Angular 14+ with a strong understanding of Angular Components and State Management (NgRx, RxJS), Microservices and REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, Hibernate, Maven, and modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery). Expertise in Jasmine, Oracle, RabbitMQ, Architecture Patterns, Design Principles, Spring Boot, and Spring Security (JWT) is mandatory.
