As a Java Full Stack Lead, you will define and drive enterprise application architecture, focusing on scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability. You will lead strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. Architecting distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems aligned with enterprise goals will be a key responsibility. You will establish engineering standards, governance, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines, while leading engineering teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Drive the implementation of non-functional requirements such as scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery. Lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, and modernization initiatives to ensure future-ready application ecosystems. Collaborate with leadership and enterprise architects to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy. Champion DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization practices. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural gaps to ensure long-term platform stability.

We are seeking a seasoned Java Full Stack Lead with 8-9 years of experience, proficient in Angular 14+ (including Components and State Management like NgRx, RxJS), Microservices, REST APIs, and Java 8+. Strong expertise in Multithreading & Concurrency, JPA, Git Hub, MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL, RabbitMQ, and Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT) is mandatory. Experience in Core Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Design Principles, API Middleware, Database Design, Messaging (JMS, ActiveMQ, RabitMQ, Kafka, SQS, ASB etc), DevOps/Configuration Management (GitLab, Github, Bitbucket) is also essential.
