This lead role involves defining and driving enterprise application architecture using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices, ensuring high levels of scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability. You will spearhead strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. The role requires architecting distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems, while establishing robust engineering standards, governance, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines.

Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering collaboration across cross-functional departments and stakeholders. Drive the implementation of critical non-functional requirements such as scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery. Conduct architecture reviews and technical discussions to ensure future-ready application ecosystems and align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy. Promote DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization practices, while proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks and architectural gaps for long-term platform stability.

We are seeking a seasoned Java Fullstack Lead with 8-10 years of experience. Essential skills include Java 8+, Angular 14+ (with expertise in Angular Components and State Management like NgRx), Microservices, REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, Hibernate, and Git GitHub. Proficiency in Maven, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript, and Jasmine is required. Experience with Oracle, ActiveMQ, and Design Patterns is mandatory.

Candidates should be adept with Spring Boot and Spring Security (JWT). A strong understanding of Core Java, Java Middleware, API development, Database Design, and DevOps principles, including CI/CD, is crucial. Behavioral competencies include strong technical leadership, driving architecture and solution design, balancing delivery with quality, building and mentoring high-performing teams, and effective stakeholder management. Experience in cloud adoption and promoting innovation through emerging technologies is highly valued.
