As a Lead Java Fullstack Engineer, you will spearhead the definition and execution of enterprise application architecture, focusing on scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices. You will guide strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.

Key responsibilities include architecting distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems. You will establish engineering standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines. Leading engineering teams and fostering collaboration across functions will be crucial. You will also drive the implementation of non-functional requirements, conduct architecture reviews, and align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy.

We are seeking an experienced Java Fullstack Lead with 8-10 years of experience, based in Noida. Essential technical skills include Java 8+, Angular 14+ (with NgRx and RxJS), Microservices, REST APIs, Multithreading, Concurrency, Hibernate, Maven, and modern frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery).

Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Security (JWT), Oracle, and RabbitMQ is also required, along with a strong understanding of Architecture Patterns and Design Principles. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical leadership, the ability to drive architecture and solution design decisions, and balance delivery accountability with technical excellence.
