As a Lead Java Fullstack Engineer, you will define and spearhead enterprise application architecture using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices, ensuring robust scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability. You will guide strategic technical decisions concerning application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.

Your role involves architecting distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems aligned with overarching enterprise objectives. You will also establish and enforce engineering standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines across development teams.

Key responsibilities include leading engineering teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving the implementation of critical non-functional requirements such as scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery. You will conduct architecture reviews, lead technical discussions, and champion modernization initiatives to ensure future-ready application ecosystems. Furthermore, you will collaborate with leadership to align engineering efforts with organizational strategy and promote the adoption of DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Java fullstack development. Essential skills include Java 8+, Angular 14+ (with expertise in Angular Components, NgRx, and RxJS), Microservices, REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, Hibernate, and Maven.

A strong command over front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and TypeScript is required. Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jasmine, databases such as Oracle, messaging queues like RabbitMQ, and architectural principles including Architecture Patterns and Design Principles is crucial.

Proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring Security (JWT) is mandatory. You should possess strong technical leadership capabilities, a proven ability to drive architecture and solution design for scalable and secure applications, and a balance between delivery accountability and technical excellence. Building and mentoring high-performing teams, effective stakeholder management, and promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement are also key requirements.
