Lead the definition and execution of enterprise application architecture using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices, ensuring robust scalability, reliability, and security.

Drive strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. Architect distributed systems and API-driven platforms that align with enterprise objectives.

Establish and enforce engineering standards, governance practices, and reusable frameworks. Lead engineering teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring the implementation of non-functional requirements like scalability, observability, and security.

Conduct architecture reviews and technical discussions to guide modernization initiatives. Collaborate with leadership and enterprise architects to align engineering strategies with organizational goals. Drive the adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices.

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Java Full Stack development.

Mandatory skills include proficiency in Java 8+, Angular 14+ (including Components and State Management like NgRx, RxJS), Microservices, REST APIs, Multithreading, Hibernate, Git Hub, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery, Jasmine, Oracle, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Design Patterns, and Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT).

Familiarity with additional AWS services such as S3, Amazon RDS, and DynamoDB is required.

Key responsibilities involve providing strong technical leadership, driving architecture and solution design, balancing delivery with technical excellence, and mentoring engineering teams. Effective stakeholder management and communication are essential, along with promoting a culture of quality, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
