As a Java Full Stack Lead, you will define and drive enterprise application architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. You will make strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. Architecting distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems will be central to your role.

You will establish engineering standards, governance, and reusable frameworks. Leading engineering teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration is key. You will also drive the implementation of non-functional requirements and lead architecture reviews and modernization initiatives.

Collaboration with leadership teams and enterprise architects to align engineering strategies is essential. You will champion DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization. Proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks and architectural gaps will ensure long-term platform stability.

We are seeking a seasoned Java Full Stack Lead with 8-9 years of experience. Essential skills include proficiency in Angular 14+ (Components, NgRx, RxJS), Microservices, REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, Java 8+, JPA, Git Hub, MS SQL, MongoDB, Oracle, RabbitMQ, and Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT).

Key competencies involve strong technical leadership aligned with business objectives, driving architecture and solution design for scalable and secure applications. Balancing delivery accountability with technical excellence and fostering team collaboration are crucial.
