Define and lead enterprise application architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microservices. Drive strategic technical decisions for application modernization and cloud-native adoption. Architect distributed systems and API-driven ecosystems. Establish engineering standards, governance, and reusable frameworks. Lead engineering teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration and driving the implementation of non-functional requirements like observability and disaster recovery.

Conduct architecture reviews and technical discussions for future-ready application ecosystems. Align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy in collaboration with leadership. Champion DevOps, CI/CD automation, and containerization. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural gaps to ensure long-term platform stability.

This lead role requires 8-9 years of experience in Java full-stack development. A strong command of Microservices, REST APIs, React (with Hooks and Redux), Java 8+, JPA, RabbitMQ, Spring Boot, and Spring Security (JWT) is mandatory. Additional experience with TypeScript and CI/CD is beneficial. You should possess strong technical leadership, drive architecture and solution design for scalable, secure applications, and balance delivery accountability with technical excellence and team collaboration.
