As a Lead Java Fullstack professional, you will define and steer enterprise application architecture using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices, ensuring robust scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability. You'll lead strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.

Key responsibilities include architecting distributed systems and microservices platforms, establishing engineering standards, governance practices, and reusable frameworks. You will lead engineering teams, drive collaboration across cross-functional departments and stakeholders, and implement critical non-functional requirements such as scalability, observability, and disaster recovery.

This role involves leading architecture reviews and technical discussions to ensure future-ready application ecosystems. You will also collaborate with leadership teams to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy, drive adoption of DevOps and CI/CD automation, and proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural gaps for long-term platform stability.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 8-10 years of experience in Java Fullstack development. Essential skills include Java 8+, Angular 14+ with proficiency in Angular Components and state management (NgRx, RxJS).

Expertise in Microservices, REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, Hibernate, Maven, and modern frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript) is mandatory. A strong understanding of Jasmine, Oracle, RabbitMQ, Architecture Patterns, Design Principles, Spring Boot, and Spring Security (JWT) is also required.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong technical leadership, drive architecture and solution design decisions, and balance delivery accountability with technical excellence and team collaboration. The ability to build and mentor high-performing teams, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and manage stakeholders with clear communication is crucial.
