Define and implement robust enterprise application architectures leveraging Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices, ensuring optimal scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.

Shape strategic technical decisions concerning application modernization, framework selection, and the adoption of cloud-native solutions.

Architect sophisticated distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems that align with overarching enterprise objectives.

Establish and enforce stringent engineering standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines across all teams.

Provide strong leadership to engineering teams, fostering seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Spearhead the implementation of critical non-functional requirements, including scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery protocols.

Lead architecture reviews and technical discussions, driving modernization initiatives to build future-ready application ecosystems.

Collaborate closely with leadership and enterprise architects to ensure engineering initiatives are strategically aligned with organizational goals.

Champion the adoption of DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization practices.

Proactively identify technical risks and architectural gaps, developing effective mitigation strategies to ensure long-term platform stability.

A minimum of 8 to 9 years of experience is required for this Java Full Stack Lead role.

Essential technical proficiencies include Angular 14+ (Components, NgRx, RxJS), Microservices, REST APIs, Java 8+, JPA, Git, MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL, RabbitMQ, and Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT).

Strong expertise in Java multithreading and concurrency is also mandatory.
