Define and lead the enterprise application architecture using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability. Make strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. Architect distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems aligned with enterprise objectives.

Establish robust engineering standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines. Lead engineering teams, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Drive the implementation of critical non-functional requirements like scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery. Conduct architecture reviews and lead modernization initiatives to ensure future-ready application ecosystems.

Collaborate with leadership and enterprise architects to align engineering efforts with organizational strategy. Champion the adoption of DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization. Proactively identify technical risks and architectural gaps, developing mitigation strategies for long-term platform stability.

We are seeking a seasoned Java Fullstack Lead with 8-10 years of experience. Essential skills include Java 8+, Angular 14+ (including Components and State Management like NgRx, RxJS), Microservices with REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, Hibernate, and Git Hub. Proficiency in Maven, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript, Jasmine, Oracle, and ActiveMQ is also required.

Candidates must possess a strong understanding of Design Patterns and experience with Spring Boot and Spring Security (JWT). Key responsibilities involve defining enterprise application architecture, leading strategic technical decisions, and architecting distributed systems and microservices platforms. Establishing engineering standards, leading teams, and driving DevOps/CI/CD adoption are crucial aspects of this role.
