As a Lead Fullstack Engineer, you will define and drive enterprise application architecture using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microservices, ensuring scalability and reliability. You will lead strategic technical decisions, architect distributed systems and API-driven ecosystems, and establish engineering standards. This role involves leading engineering teams, driving collaboration, and ensuring the implementation of non-functional requirements like security and disaster recovery. You will also champion DevOps, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native practices while identifying and mitigating technical risks.

This position requires 8-9 years of experience, with mandatory skills in Microservices, REST APIs, React (Hooks + Redux), Java 8+, JPA, RabbitMQ, Spring Boot, and Spring Security (JWT). Additional desirable skills include TypeScript and CI/CD. We are looking for a strong technical leader who can drive architecture and solution design, balance delivery with technical excellence, and build high-performing teams.
