As a Lead Java Fullstack engineer, you will be responsible for defining and driving enterprise application architecture using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. You will lead strategic technical decisions, architect distributed systems and API-driven ecosystems, and establish engineering standards. This role involves leading engineering teams, driving collaboration, implementing non-functional requirements, and leading architecture reviews. You will also drive the adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices, proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks.

This position requires 8-9 years of experience with mandatory skills including Microservices, REST APIs, React (Hooks + Redux), Java 8+, JPA, RabbitMQ, and Spring Boot + Spring Security (JWT). Additional valuable skills include TypeScript and CI/CD. You should possess strong technical leadership, the ability to drive architecture and solution design decisions, and balance delivery accountability with technical excellence.
