As a Java Fullstack Lead, you will define and implement enterprise application architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices.

You will spearhead strategic technical decisions, architect distributed systems, and establish robust engineering standards and governance practices. Your role involves leading engineering teams, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the successful implementation of non-functional requirements.

Additionally, you will lead architecture reviews, drive modernization initiatives, and foster a culture of DevOps, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native engineering. Proactive identification of technical risks and development of mitigation strategies will be key to long-term platform stability.

This role requires 8-10 years of experience in Java Fullstack development, with mandatory skills in Java 8+, Angular 14+, Microservices, REST APIs, Multithreading, Hibernate, Git, and core web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery).

Proficiency in database technologies like Oracle and PostgreSQL, message queuing systems such as RabbitMQ, and frameworks like Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT) is essential. Experience with Design Patterns and testing frameworks like Jasmine is also required.

Additional desirable skills include AWS services such as S3, Amazon RDS, and DynamoDB. A strong foundation in Angular Components, Angular State Management (NgRx, RxJS), and advanced Java concepts is critical for this lead position.
