As a Java Full Stack Lead, you will provide technical leadership by designing scalable applications, defining architecture, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. You will mentor developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

Your role will involve full-stack development, creating backend services with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, and building responsive UIs using Angular. Implementing RESTful APIs, integrating third-party services, and optimizing database design are key aspects of this position.

You will also collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements, break down tasks, and manage sprint planning to ensure high-quality, timely delivery. Leading and managing a development team, fostering innovation, and driving continuous improvement are essential responsibilities.

We are looking for a candidate with strong backend expertise in Java and modern frontend technologies, complemented by proven experience in leading development teams. Experience in the BFSI domain is highly desirable.

Core technical requirements include strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices Architecture. Frontend skills with Angular, React, JavaScript, or TypeScript are necessary. Experience building REST APIs and web services, along with knowledge of database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, is crucial.

A solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and architectural patterns is expected. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (Lambda, EventBridge, Fargate) is also required. Expertise in Java middleware, multithreading, Hibernate, JPA, and Oracle database design are considered mandatory competencies.
